Can i delete duplicate transactions in bulk?

Welcome to the Community, madriance. I'd be glad to assist you with deleting transactions in batch.

 

Could you please specify the type of transactions you are trying to delete? It's important to note that the bulk delete option is only available for bank transactions and invoices. For other transaction types, such as expenses, sales receipts, and entries in your chart of accounts, you will need to delete them manually.

 

To batch delete bank transactions:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Choose the appropriate account.
  3. Navigate to the For Review tab and select the items for deletion.
  4. Click the Batch actions button, then Exclude.

 

Afterward, proceed to the Excluded tab, reselect the transactions, hit the Batch actions button, and choose Delete.

 

To batch delete invoices:

 

  1. Navigate to the Sales menu located on the left panel.
  2. Access the Invoices tab.
  3. Mark all the invoices you wish to delete by checking the box next to the date column.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow for Batch actions at the top and select Delete.
