Can i delete the transfer transaction

You can delete the transfer in your Chart of Accounts, rgsharma999. Let me guide you through the process of deleting it in QuickBooks.

3. Find the bank account holding the transaction, then select View Register from the Action column.

Once done, you can now create a bank deposit.

However, if it's recorded on a closed fiscal year, you'll need to enter the password you've set up. With this, I highly recommend seeking advice from your accountant for further guidance on this matter. To edit the closing date, here's how:

1. In Settings, go to Accounts and Settings.
2. Select the Advanced tab.
3. Choose Edit ✎ in the Accounting section.
4. In the Close the Books menu, check if the closing date was changed. If yes, please change it to a future date that you want. 
5. Hit Save, then click Done on the lower right of your screen.
