Sign in to your QuickBooks Online app from a mobile device.
Click Cash Flow.
From QuickBooks Checking balance, choose Send Money.
Select Deposit checks. If you don't see the option or if it's unavailable, it means you aren’t eligible yet.
Enter the check amount.
Sign your name on the back of the check and write “For mobile deposit only” under your signature.
Take photos of the front and back of your check.
Review the check amount and confirm the check images are clear. Retake the photos if necessary.
If everything looks good, select Finish depositing.
