CAN I DOWNLOAD 2 BANK ACCOUNTS TRANSACTIONS IF THEY ARE LINKED IN QUICKBOOKS?

I've got some information to share regarding your queries on bank accounts linked in QuickBooks Online and their transactions.

Both accounts that are linked to QBO will automatically download their transactions. 

If you'd like to do it manually, yes, you can have that done as well. Here's how:

1. Access the Banking menu or Transactions menu. Then open the Banking tab.
2. Choose the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
3. Choose the Link account ▼ dropdown and then click on Upload from file.
4. Choose Browse and then click the file you downloaded from your bank. Then hit Next.
5. From the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, choose the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then hit Next.
6. Perform the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the right fields in QuickBooks. Then hit Next.
7. Choose the transactions you would like to import. Then hit Next.
8. Click on Yes.
9. Once done, hit Let's go.
