Yes, Jessica. You can have two accounts here in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Allow me to share further information on how you can achieve this.

 

When having two accounts in QBO, please know that each QBO account corresponds to one company file. If your other account doesn't have a subscription to QBO, you may visit the QuickBooks pricing page to view and select a plan you want for your company file. 

 

However, if your other company file has already subscribed to a QBO plan, you may use the same login credentials when logging in for easy navigation in your QBO accounts.

After adding your other company file, you may want to connect your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online so the transactions are automatically downloaded and categorized.
