Can I import an estimate into my quickbooks online account?

I see how importing estimate are crucial for streamlining the process of creating invoices, tracking project progress, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Currently, you can only import the following information to QuickBooks Online:
 

• Bank Data, Customers
• Vendors, Chart of Accounts
• Products and Services, Invoices.

Given that the estimate isn't on the list, I recommend visiting our App Store and looking for a third-party app that integrates well with QBO and allows you to import estimates into QBO. You can also do this inside your company by going to the Apps menu on the left panel.

Additionally, you may customize the appearance of your estimates and other sales forms. This allows you to incorporate business-specific information and control the details visible to your customers.
