Welcome to the QuickBooks Community!

Yes, you can connect your Bank of America CashPro in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll be happy to guide you through the steps.

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click Transactions from the left menu, then select Bank transactions.
  3. Select Link account.
  4. Search for the Bank of America CashPro or use the bank's URL.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

I'm adding this article for more guidance: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Once you have connected your bank account, QuickBooks will automatically download the last 90 days of transactions. Then, you can categorize them to put them into the correct account.

Come back to this post if you have other concerns or follow-up questions about connecting bank accounts. I'll be around to provide further assistance.

These steps did not work and CashPro never came up as an option. Please advise on how to link this account.

Thanks for getting back to the thread, @cgheen. I understand how challenging it must be for you. I'm here now, Let's work together so that we can connect your Bank of America CashPro in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Please review the information shared by my colleague to ensure its accuracy. Moreover, you can also reach out to your bank if it's possible to link it.

Furthermore, if you have tried all the options matching your bank's name and still can't connect, or if your bank doesn’t appear, request support from your bank.

  1. Navigate to Transactions and select Bank transactions.
  2. Choose Link account.
  3. Search for your financial institution's name. If QuickBooks cannot locate your bank, you will receive a message stating, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks," along with helpful tips to aid in locating your bank account.
  4. If your bank remains elusive, select Request.
  5. Enter your bank's website address (URL) in the designated field, then proceed with the request.

In addition, you can categorize transactions to ensure they're on the correct accounts. You can pin these articles as your guide:
