Welcome and thank you for posting here in QuickBooks Community. I'll share information about connecting the Paypal account in QuickBooks Self Employed.
Linking more than one PayPal account in the system is currently unavailable. You can only connect with multiple banks and credit card accounts.
Once you connect your accounts to QuickBooks Self-Employed, your recent transactions download automatically. The system also categorizes them for you. All you have to accomplish is approve the work. Please follow the steps below on how to perform the process.
Click the Gear ⚙ icon. Then, select Bank accounts.
From the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank. Then select Continue. If you've already connected an account before, select Connect another.
Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
