Can I mass unclear transactions that QuickBooks automatically marks as cleared?

Thanks for bringing your question forward here in the Community. I'm happy to provide some info about cleared transactions in your QuickBooks Online register.

Transactions in the QBO register receive a "C" status once they have cleared the bank, meaning they're no longer pending. Once transactions have been reconciled they're given an "R" status so you're able to differentiate between the two.

There isn't currently a way to mass unclear transactions at once. However, you can do this individually for the transactions you'd like to unclear by clicking the "C" marking until the field is empty.

I recommend submitting feedback to the Product Development Team to let them know you'd like the option to do this for more multiple transactions at a time. You can enter your suggestion directly through your account by clicking the Gear icon, then selecting Feedback. Once you've done that, keep an eye out on the Firm of the Future site for news about product updates and feature releases.
