Can I move money from Quickbooks cash account (which I did not intend to open) to my personal bank account?

I'll be happy to answer your question about transferring funds your personal account.

 

Yes, you can transfer money to your personal account as long as it's under a U.S. financial institution and can accept transfer transactions. The details are in your Deposit Account Agreement, section 7.a and 7.e (outbound transfers). However, I would recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments support first, so they can check for any possible restrictions. They have the tools for that.

 

The process is you need to connect your personal account to your QuickBooks Cash account first. This includes account verifications that happens within the next 3 days. Once connected, you can transfer the money out to your personal account. The transfer can take 3 to 5 business days.
