Can I move the Icon bar from the left side to across the top of the screen in QB 2016?

Click VIEW (top) then TOP ICON BAR.

I did that. When I click "Top Icon Bar" it disappears

Only way I can see the Icon Bar is on Left setting

From Main menu on top click on:

View -> Top Icon Bar
