Question

Can I remove all transactions from my credit card company easily? I connected my bank account and my credit card transactions to my account.

My qbo looks like I have double income since income is coming in from the credit card transactions and also from my bank account. So when the deposits come in from my credit card company it looks like I have double the income.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @dustbustersfm. I'm here to share with you how you can remove all your transactions from QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can follow these steps to easily remove all your duplicated transactions from the Categorized column on the Banking page:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account, then go to the Banking tab from the left pane.
  2. Select Banking, then look for your account.

  3. Click on the Categorized column.
  4. Put a check mark in the box(es) next to the transactions you want to undo.
  5. Tap the Undo button.

These transactions will then be moved back to the For Review section. If you don't need these in QuickBooks, you can add them to the Excluded section. Here's how:

  1. From the For Review tab, check the transactions that need to be excluded.
  2. Click the Exclude button.

You can also visit this article to learn more about categorizing and matching online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Post again if there's anything you need assistance with removing your duplicate transactions in QBO. I'm here to lend a hand. Take care and have a great day!
