Hello there, @nelson-execu-ser

I'm here to share some additional information about excluding bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Excluded transactions can be left in the Excluded tab, restored to the For Review tab or they can be deleted completely.  If they have been deleted then they are gone and can't be brought back.

I've got a great article for you that provides additional details on excluding transactions. You can view it by clicking this link: How to exclude expenses from downloaded bank transactions?

Here are some related links to aid you with the online banking feature in QuickBooks Online:

Additionally, you can visit our Reconciliation page for more insights about reconciling your bank accounts in QuickBooks for your future reference. This includes links on how to fix previous reconciliations.

If you have further questions about managing bank transactions, please feel free to post them here or mention my name. I'll be here to help you manage your QBO processes. Have a nice day!
