Can I set up a categorization Rule by date, so that on rule applies to 2020 and the other to 2021 for the same kind of transaction?

Currently, we're unable to set up a rule categorization by dates in QuickBooks Online. I know how beneficial it is when we have this functionality to easily categorize transactions coming from your bank with a particular date.
