Can I share some of my QB information with someone else?

Yes, you can share some of your data with the new owner. I'd be happy to guide you on how to achieve this goal.

You have the option to export the data that you wanted to share with the new owner. This way, she can import the information to her QuickBooks Online account.

To do that:

1. Log in to your new QuickBooks Online subscription.
2. Click the Gear icon.
3. Choose Export data.
4. Toggle the data you want to export to On. 
5. Click the Export to Excel button.

After exporting some of your data, the new owner can start importing them to her QuickBooks Online account. On the Gear icon menu, choose Import data then choose the type of data you want to import.
