Can I switch the deposit to account on multiple payments at once?

I received multiple payments which were entered into the bank account directly from the receive payment window, I want them to go to undeposited funds. Can I switch them all at once?

Let me address your concern about changing payments into undeposited funds.

 

The option to receive payments all at once is not possible in QuickBooks Online (QBO) unless these are bulk payments. As a workaround, you can edit each payment and change the bank account to undeposited funds.

 

Here’s how you can change your bank account: 

  1. Go to the Banking menu again, and then choose a bank account you'd like to modify.
  2. Tap the pencil icon ✎, and then pick Edit account info.
  3. Enter a new bank Name and Detail Type.
  4. Click Save and Close once ready.
