We appreciate you joining the thread, @TheresaK2.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the information they need to help them get through their current situation. If you plan to use your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company when traveling internationally, know there will be no problem accessing it since it's a web-based program.

Also, if the parent company you've mentioned uses the same login details that you use to access your account, know that you can easily switch company files and access the account anytime. Now, if you've also signed up for a different QBO with another region, you can also see those US-based accounts if you've used the same login credentials those accounts use.

Furthermore, here are some articles to help you monitor your data, add more details to it, and keep your current report settings:

You can subscribe to a non-US QuickBooks Online (QBO), specialized.

Yes, Intuit offers QuickBooks Online  International for non-US based companies. Ensure to choose the country where your company is located. This ensures that the software sets up the relevant settings based on your country's accounting practices and tax regulations.

You can subscribe to the International version of your home country by visiting this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Getting-Started/International-versions/m-p/186273.

Additionally, I've included these articles that'll help you finish setting up your QuickBooks account:

I think I used the wrong syntax, when I am traveling international, can my US QuickBooks subscription be used and sync with my parent company back in the US?
