Can not get into Quick books banking. Lost connection getting error meassage 103. Can sign in to bank outside og QB. How can I correct this?

I'll help you connect your bank successfully to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Your QuickBooks Online banking credentials don't match what your Financial Institution (FI) has on record, according to banking error 103.

You can perform these steps if you have an existing connection and recently changed your banking credentials (username or password) on your Financial Institution's website.

1. Go to the left menu.
2. Select Bookkeeping, then Transactions, then select Bank transactions 
3. Locate the card for the account that generated Error 103.
4. Click the pencil icon.
5. Choose Edit sign-in info.
6. Enter your new credentials and select Update.

When entering your credentials, enter your username and password directly instead of allowing the browser to auto-fill your login credentials.

If this is your first time joining, follow these instructions to choose the right bank and enter your login and password.

1. From the left menu, Select Bookkeeping, then Transactions, then select Bank transactions
2. In the Search field, enter the bank's URL.
3. Select your bank.
4. If you see multiple options, you may have to repeat these steps to find the correct one.
5. Enter your User or Login ID and password for the financial institution's website and select Continue.
6. If you receive Error 103 again, select Go back, and repeat these steps, choosing a different bank name from the list.

Utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.
