Let me add some information to make sure you'll be able to connect your bank into QuickBooks Online.

If you've successfully connect your bank account using a private window just like Fiat Lux - ASIA mentioned, then that's good. After that, you can go back to your regular browsing window and use these links to clear browser's cache:

• Google Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari for Mac
• Safari for iPad or iPhone
• Microsoft Edge
