Can someone help me? I can't figure out how to reconcile Sales by Customer Summary and "Income"

You can run the Profit and Loss report and filter it to All Income Accounts. This way, you can get your Total revenues, so you can categorize them correctly. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Choose Profit and Loss from the Business overview section.
3. Click the Customize button.
4. Update the Report period.
5. Select the Filter menu to expand the options.
6. If you want to filter selected accounts, mark the Distribution Account check box and select All Income Accounts from the drop-down.
