¿Can't add tag to my transaction?

I have some foreigns accounts which I manually upload the transactions and I add a tag to each one of them. For some reason the option to add a tag is missing, how can I solve this?

You should be able to add a tag to your transaction. I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting to ensure the availability of the Tags field, as QuickBooks Online (QBO) can occasionally behave strangely due to stored internet cache files. Begin by using an incognito window or private browser using the following keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Sh

 

If this resolves the issue, return to your regular browser and clear your browsing history to start fresh. If not, you can use a different supported browser. The QuickBooks version you're currently using may have a temporary malfun

 

You can also reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements.
