Bank feed does not update anymore.
I tried to edit the account using credit card user name and password.  But, received error message saying, "Please enter a valid username and/or password and try again".  User name and password are correct.

I can fix your concern about updating bank transactions and amending your credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), violet.

About editing your credit card account, do you recently update your bank information on your bank's website? If so, changes should also be made to the application. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu, and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the tile for the bank account, and hit the pencil icon.
  3. Click the Edit sign-in info.
  4. Update your info as needed.

Regarding updating your bank feeds with your latest transactions, please know that most banks download the latest transactions every night around 10 PM PT in QuickBooks. If it’s beyond that, we can start a manual download to see the latest available entries. Here’s how:

  1. Go back to the Transactions menu, and select Bank Transactions.
  2. From your bank feeds, tap the Update button to start updating the transactions.

Another way is to check your bank’s website to see if there's a message from your bank or credit card. QuickBooks bank feeds stop downloading your transactions if there’s ongoing bank website maintenance or any ongoing issues with your bank.

Furthermore, you can check out these articles on categorizing your transactions and reconciling your account. Doing so will put your transactions in the correct category and avoid any discrepancies in your books:
