Can’t find our bank - Bank Of América CashPro

Hi dear!

 

Hope you are fine. 

 

We have a account at Quickbooks Online US, this moment, we need coneccted our bank account in link account at QBO, but, we dind't find our bank. 

 

We requested the includedd, but, we not yet feedback. 

 

My bank is Bank Of América - CashPro (Link at bank: https://cashproonline.bankofamerica.com/cpoauthweb/cpo/#/login/public/signin)


Please, we need your the attenttion as soon as posible.

When you request support for a bank, Intuit is unable to provide any timeframes since it's a request. Use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

As of now, Bank of America - CashPro isn't supported by QuickBooks. However, you may reach out to CashPro support so they can guide you in linking to QuickBooks.

 

In the meantime, you can upload the transactions manually. Let me guide you through the steps.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From the Banking tab, select Banking.
  2. Click the Link account drop-down and then select Upload from file.
  3. Select Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank.
  4. Continue with the onscreen instructions to upload the entries successfully.

We have same problem, we need Bank of America support get in touch with Quickbooks to synchronize accounts, we need the contacts in both sides, if anyone could help, it will be great.
