It's great to see you in the Community, jcohen66.

I'm here to share an alternative solution to help reconcile your account. Let's open QuickBooks in a browser and do the reconciliation from there.

The mobile app version allows you to review the transactions, and match and categorize them. You can also link an account if you already have one linked to QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, the option to reconcile the account is currently available.

When you're ready, follow the steps below on how to reconcile an account using a browser:

  1. In your browser, enter this link: https://qbo.intuit.com.
  2. When the company opens, go to the Accounting menu on the left panel to choose Reconcile.
  3. This will take you to the Reconcile an account page.
  4. Pick which bank or credit card you’re working on by clicking the Account drop-down.
  5. If you’re reconciling an account for the first time, enter the Ending balance and Ending date. The data needs to match the balance of the actual bank data.
  6. Once you’re ready, tap the Start reconciling button.
  7. Review the entries on the bank statement and look for the same data in the Reconciliation window.
  8. If they match, mark the box next to the amount.
  9. Select Finish now to complete.
  10. Click Done to confirm.

This reference will walk you through the process of reconciling accounts that are not connected to bank feeds as well as those that are linked online.
