Can't get transactions from Truist since middle of June. Please help!!

Please know that this isn't what I want you to experience with our QuickBooks Online (QBO) support team. I'd feel the same way if things didn't go well when working with banking transactions.

We are currently investigating the exact issue you stated above. Our engineering team will implement a solution as soon as possible.

For now, I suggest contacting our support team once again to add you to the list of affected users. This way, you’ll receive a notification when a fix is available. Kindly check our support hours to contact us at a time convenient to you.

Here’s how to get in touch with our representatives:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
5. Choose a way to connect with us: Ask the community, Start a chat or Get a callback.

You can utilize MT Online for the time being. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
