Can't move money to quickbooks cash account

You can review your QuickBooks Cash Account balance in the Cash Flow menu. To move money out of your QuickBooks Cash account to your debit card, you can follow these steps: 

1. From Cash Flow menu, select Transfer money.
2. Select Transfer in.
3. In the From field, select (+) and then select your connected bank account.
4. Select your QuickBooks Cash account in the To field. 
5. Enter the amount you want to transfer.
6. Once done click Finalize transfer.
