If you've selected the correct date for the reconciliation and the transactions are still now showing, try signing into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

Once logged in, try to reconcile again to double-check. You can refer to this article for further guidance: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

 

If everything looks good, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
