Yes, you can download the 401k census report, Joyceahansen. I'm here to share with you the steps.

Here's how:

  1. Click Reports.
  2. Go to Employees & Payroll.
  3. Click More Payroll Reports in Excel, then select 401(k) Reports.
  4. Click the Report Type drop-down arrow, then select Census.
  5. Select Create Report.

I'll include screenshots to guide you better.

There is also a report like Deferred Compensation that'll show you the 401k information. Here's how you can pull it up:

  1. Click Reports.
  2. Go to Employees & Payroll.
  3. Click More Payroll Reports in Excel, then select Deferred Compensation Report (for 401(k) & more).
  4. Turn on Macros.
  5. Under Plan Type, select 401k.
  6. Select the reporting period dates, then click Create Report
