Can you assist? My Quickbooks Self Employed App isnt showing transactions. How do I restore Transactions?

Hi, sytekanddavies. 

 

I'd be glad to assist you by providing a few troubleshooting steps to get your QuickBooks Self-Employed app transactions showing again. 

 

First, we can try refreshing your QBSE app to refresh the application and eliminate common issues. 

 

If you're using an Android device, here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the More Options  menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Tap on Refresh Data, and then click Yes.

 

For an iPhone, I'll show you how to do it: 

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Tap Refresh Data,
  4. Lastly, select Refresh.

 

If the issue persists, you may restart your phone, update your phone's operating system, and re-install the QBSE app.

 

Otherwise, consider logging in to your account using a web browser.
