Yes, aj-jeff. I'll help you find your missing transactions.

Before proceeding, may I know the name of your bank? This way, we'll be able to check the main cause of this.

Since the transactions are still missing, let's check around the Banking menu. Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping and then Transactions.
  2. Click the Banking tab.
  3. Select the bank or credit card account you downloaded the transaction from.
  4. Check on the ReviewCategorized, or Excluded tab if the transactions are there.

If the transactions aren't on those tabs, I'd recommend reviewing your account history. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Chart of accounts.
  2. Look for the bank account and select View register.
  3. Search for the transactions.
  4. If they show, click on them to get more details.

I'd also suggest checking your Uncategorized accounts. You can follow Step 4 in this article: Find Downloaded Transactions in QuickBooks Online.

In case none of these fixes the problem, let's manually import the transactions into QuickBooks. Then, reconcile your account.

Additionally, here are some articles that you can read to help speed up the review process of your bank transactions:

I'd appreciate it if you'll get back on this thread to let us know if you have additional questions. It's our priority to ensure you can reconcile your account.
