Can you help with this? When I download my receipts, the "collecting your receipts" spins for hours. Never Downloads.

We currently have an ongoing issue with downloading receipts in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Rest assured that our product engineers are diligently working on a fix.

 

To ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can add your company to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-66895.

 

While waiting for a fix, you might want to learn how to forward receipt images to QBSE. This allows you to email receipts to QuickBooks so it automatically records them.
