I can share some insights about connecting your online banking account, @jody3863-yahoo-c.

You can only connect your online banking account once in QuickBooks Online (QBO). In case you're having subaccounts under your bank account, you can go to your Chart of Accounts and set up your parent and subaccounts.

First, you'll just have to identify how your bank sends the downloaded transactions in QBO.

  • Connect only the parent account if the transactions download to one account.
  • Connect the subaccounts if the transactions download to the individual accounts.

Here's how to create a subaccount:

  1. Go to Gear icon (⚙) and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Pick on New and set the account type and detail type.
  3. Select Is sub-account and then enter the parent account.
  4. Give your new subaccount a name and a description.
  5. Select When do you want to start tracking your finances from this account in QuickBooks option.
  6. Click on Save and Close.

You can check this article for more information: Create subaccounts in your chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.

Then, you can check the following article on what you can do if you don’t see your recently downloaded bank transactions in QBO: What to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error
