Can you link more than 1 paypal account and more than 1 ebay account?

You can link multiple Paypal accounts in QuickBooks Self-Employed. 

1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Bank accounts.
2. In the search box, enter Paypal. Then select Continue. If you've already connected an account before, select Connect another.
3. Enter the sign-in info, then select Connect securely.

For eBay, you'll want to look for a third-party so you can link it. If you're using Paypal as the payment method for your eBay store, you only need to connect your Paypal account to bring in the transactions.
