@End of year 1099  To clarify, are you referring to checks you wrote that haven't been cashed yet, or?

You can remove your pending transactions through bank entries and have them excluded, @End of year 1099. Allow me to guide you through the process.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to Transactions and click on Bank transactions.
  2. Click on the For Review tab.
  3. Check the boxes next to the transactions you want to exclude.
  4. Click on the Exclude button.

The transaction will then be moved to the Excluded tab on the Banking page.

If you accidentally exclude the wrong  transaction, simply:

  1. Go to the Excluded tab.
  2. Select the transaction.
  3. Click Undo.

This action will return them to the For Review tab for reconsideration.

For additional information on excluding your pending transactions, please refer to this article: Exclude a bank transaction you downloaded into QuickBooks Online.

In addition, it's always essential to reconcile the account to ensure everything is accurate and updated.

Please let me know if you have more questions or need support in excluding transactions here in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to assist you. Best wishes!
