Hello there, @laurierad. I'm here to help your add entries to your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QBO there are a multiple ways to enter and track transactions. We can go to the account register to manually add transactions. Let me guide you with the process.

First, you'll need to open the account register.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Locate the account you want to add transactions into.
  3. From the Action column select View register.

Once you're already at the account register, we can now manually add the transactions.

  1. From the top list, click on Add journal entry, Add check, or Add deposit dropdown menu.
  2. Select the type of entries you want to add.
  3. Fill out necessary fields.
  4. Then select Save and Done.

For more details, you can refer to this article: Manually add transactions to account registers in QuickBooks Online.

Another option is, you can just click on the +New icon and select the transaction you want to add.

Furthermore, you can connect bank and credit card accounts to QBO to save time and you don't  have to enter your bank transactions manually. Then after you connect your bank, you can refer to this article: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to reach back if you have clarification with managing your transactions. I'll be here to help you. Keep safe!
