Cannot add chase credit card

Got new Chase cc. Deleted old one in QB because it was not working. Tried to add new card, Chase did not show up in bank list. Have other Chase accounts.

There are times that a browser-related issues prevents you from connecting a bank account, drjohannatiemann.

 

 We can confirm this one by adding the user on an incognito window. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If you're able to connect the account, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. We can also switch to a different supported browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as alternative.

 

Also, did you get an error message when trying to connect your Chase account? This way, I can check on my end for any ongoing investigation about the said error.
