Cannot connect bank account at wells fargo to QB online, even though it was working fine on 22 november. what is wrong with QB online?

I want to make sure you're able to can access your Wells Fargo bank in QuickBooks Online. 

 

In most cases, bank updates and browser-related issues are sometimes the reasons why you’re unable to connect your bank with QuickBooks Online (QBO).


To fix this, we can try accessing your account using a private browser to check if it'll work. You can use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

Once logged in, please redo the connection process. If it works, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers except for Internet Explorer. 

 

Once connected, your bank entries will now be added to QuickBooks. You need to approve the way the system categorized them. Here's how to review and categorize downloaded transactions.
