Cannot connect to First Bank of Greenwich account
Hello,
My bank has been enrolled in bank feeds for years. I went to download transactions into one of my accounts so that I could reconcile and noticed that the transactions would not download. The transactions typically download straight into my bank feeds but I also know how to save the download an import via web connect. Neither is working. I deactivated my bank account to set it up again in hopes of fixing the issue and now I cannot even connect to my bank account to set up bank feeds. I know my login credentials are correct because I opened another browser. I even re-enrolled into quickbooks online services through my bank and still no luck. There are two banks that show up for the bank I use and neither one that I select allow me to connect.
