I've got your back in downloading your bank transactions, @ttcflorida.

 

When you connect your accounts to online banking, QuickBooks automatically downloads new transactions. Also, the program updates your entries every night around 10 PM PT. However, every bank has different time increments hence some may take a little longer.

 

You can manually download the transactions instead. Let me guide you how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select your bank account.
  3. Click the Update button at the top.

 

If you get the same outcome, you can log in to your bank's website using its URL. Then, check if there are any notifications or alerts that need your attention. Otherwise, you'll need to contact your bank directly to confirm if they have sync issues or system maintenance.
