There are several ways how you can find those manually entered transactions, @sdreed61. I'd be glad to guide you on how.

Let's start with accessing the Audit log report. Doing this will help us determine if there are any actions made to them (like deleted or edited). Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon and click Audit log report.
  2. In the User drop-down choose All Users, for Date Changed select Custom, and enter the date range when they were created.
  3. Then, select All transactions in the Events field.
  4. In the History column, click the View hyperlink.
  5. Once opened, review the history of this transaction.
  6. Repeat the steps to other transactions.

If they are edited or deleted, you can modify or recreate them.

For reference, check out this article: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

Another way is to run the Transaction List by Date to further verify what account the transactions are allocated. Here's how:

  1. Select the Report menu.
  2. From the search bar, type Transaction List by Date and open it.
  3. In the Report period, select Custom dates and enter the date range when they are created.
  4. Check the Account (Transaction : Account) column, to see where they are put.
  5. Once done, run the account register for that account.

The program also provides you access to several reports to give you a snapshot of your business. To get started, check out this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
