Cant re link bank account

Hello, ive been trying to re connect my bank account for a few weeks with no joy 

i follow the on screen instructions until i get to this page as show, 

When i click on SIGN IN , nothing happens and im stuck.

I cant do anything from my banks end so im stuck how to fix this

 

I have tried clearing cashe and trying form incognito with the same results 

Any help appreciated

Oddly enough , after trying again this morning with the same results, after trying another bank as suggested , the pop up opened and was able to re-connect my bank , thank you 

However i do see this message on my accounts now, does this mean i will have to reconnect again before this time? - Reconfirm consent by 07 Jun 2023

Yes, you're correct. It means you need to connect your bank account again to update the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. Reconfirming consent by 07 Jun 2023 indicates that you can only do it up until the date mentioned. 

 

We can disconnect and re-connect your bank account. Still, I recommend following these steps to accomplish this task.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Bank accounts.
  2. Select Connect another account.
  3. In the search box, enter the name of the bank. 
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to connect your account. QuickBooks Self-Employed will automatically download your recent bank transactions.

Yes tried on 3 browsers , pop ups enabled, same results

Thanks robray22, do you have the QuickBooks app installed on your mobile device, and are you also unable to connect using this?
