How do I record cash deposits into the company's bank in Quickbooks online if the bank account is not linked in quickbooks?

I'll give steps to guide you on how to record the deposit.

 

To match what you have in your bank statement, you can follow these steps to record the transaction: 

 

  1. Go to + New > Bank deposit.
  2. From the Account drop-down, choose the account you want to put the money into.
  3. In the Add funds to this deposit section, choose the Received From, Account, and other details.
  4. Enter the amount in the Amount field.
  5. Hit Save and close or Save and new.
