Cash goes back to drop down missing

Bank deposit screen missing the "cash goes back to" drop down box.  Anyone know a work around?

There are similar reports regarding the absence of a Cash goes back to option when creating bank deposits in QuickBooks Online, karen15.

 

Our engineering team has initiated an investigation (INV-111528) to identify the root cause of this issue and develop a permanent solution.

 

In the meantime, we need to add you to the list of affected users so we can notify you as soon as the issue is resolved. 

 

For us to do that, please reach out to our support team directly through the chat or phone options available in your QuickBooks Online account. I'll share the steps on how you can contact them: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
  2. Proceed to the Assistant tab.
  3. Type in "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
  4. Select QuickBooks Online Support, then click Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Click Ask about something else, then enter a short description of your concern.
  6. You can also provide INV-111528 as a reference number so they can immediately locate the investigations.
  7. Choose between Have us call you or Chat.
