Cash transactions not uploading

Hello there, usernatasha. Let me get the help you need with your cash transactions.

 

To get started, can you please verify the name of the bank account which is not showing updated transactions? 

 

There are reasons why transactions won’t download. It could be due to the following:

 

  • A connection issue between your bank and QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
  • The financial institution’s server is offline.
  • Error messages or codes that require you to perform a certain task.

 

In the meantime, you'll want to refresh the bank connection using your browser to restore and trigger updates to your bank transactions. To do this, follow the steps below.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Bank Account under Transaction.
  3. Click Refresh All.

 

However, if it's not updating, you can manually add transactions by importing them in QuickBooks Self-Employed
