Categorization of Money Transfer (QBO)

Hello,
I sent money from my company bank account integrated with Quickbooks to my account not integrated with QuickBooks.
Should this transaction be recorded as a "Money Transfer" or "Owner's Draw,"? or should it be saved as an "Expense"?
