CC balance updates but transactions do not download - Truist Bank

Hi,  Since 9/22 I haven not been able to get cc transactions to download, it  only updates the balance.  I have tried every trick on here for updating it that has been suggested previously on posts.  Nothing has changed according to Truist so they are saying it's a QBO problem? Any ideas?  Thanks!

We received reports about Truist credit card transactions not imported. Our engineers are working on it already. 

 

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support to be included on the list of affected users. Please follow the steps provided to Contact Support:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Select Help (?).
  2. Select either tab to get started: Assistant or Talk to human.
  3. Search or select Contact Us.
  4. Start a chat with a support expert.

 

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
