I'll help you modify the date of your transactions, Ecuevas.

Beforehand, may I know what type of transaction you'd like to edit in QuickBooks Online? It helps us provide accurate steps to fix this.

If you're trying to modify your invoices, please see the steps below:

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. In the Customers tab, click on the customer name.
  3. Select the invoice to open it up.
  4. Update the invoice date (due date).
  5. Click on Save and close.

Just in case, I'm linking an article about receipt terms for future reference: Due date and invoice date do not match when using due on receipt term.

Let me know if you have any follow-ups or other questions. I'll be here to help. I wish you the best.

How do I add a date for Amazon App transactions? There is a charge I have that doesn't have a date listed and therefore I can't add it to match with the bank transaction

June 27, 2024

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention, Admin1012. I'll elaborate on the considerations involved in adding and matching, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for you while utilizing the app transactions features.

QuickBooks relies on the information provided by Amazon. With this, I recommend verifying your app transactions mapping to ensure you're following the correct standards. On that note, you can follow Jelayca V's suggestion to enable the Editable date field option to allow you to modify the transaction date.

Additionally, I've added this helpful article to provide you with more information about tracking your Amazon transactions within the program: Connect your Amazon Business account to QuickBooks Online.

If there are any specific issues or challenges, you're facing with matching your app transaction in QuickBooks, I'm here to listen and help you find solutions,
Admin1012. Don't hesitate to share or comment  your concerns, and I'll do my best to address them.
