Question

Chase Ink credit card sub-account transactions don't get auto-updated, even though I configured that they do during the connection setup. Is this working for anyone?

We've received reports that other Chase credit cards users don't get updates in QuickBooks. In this connection, I'd encourage you to contact our phone or chat support, so they can get your contact details and add it to the notification list. That way, you will get an update once this is fixed.

  1. Open this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online.
  3. Select Running your business in QuickBooks.
  4. Choose Banking.
  5. Scroll down and click on Get Phone Number or Start a Message.

Has this been resolved yet? I'm facing the same problem. The parent account will download fine but not the sub-account.
