Checking on a deposit

Thanks for reaching out for support here in the Community. I'd be glad to lend a hand regarding your deposit in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If your bank account is connected to your QBO account, cleared transactions will automatically download in the system. Once the transactions are downloaded, you can then categorize them within your account, to keep everything well organized. 

Here's how to check for your deposit:

1. Hover over the Banking tab in the left hand menu, then click Banking.

2. Make sure the correct bank account tile is highlighted blue at the top of the page.

3. Look over the For Review section at the bottom of the page for your deposit.

4. If the deposit has been posted and you'd like to add it to the register in QBO, you can check the box to the left of the transaction and select Accept.
