CitiCard Not Updating

Is there a fix for the CitiCard feed?  I constantly have issues with in not wanting to update.  It's currently stuck on 12/12/2022.  It apparently has not been long enough for the orange exclamation point to come up.  I tried clicking update multiple times.  I opened up an incognito browser and I tried Edge (I normally use Chrome).  I had a different user try it on a different computer.  I don't want to manually upload transactions and I don't want to have to disconnect and relink it.

I understand how important it is to make sure that your bank transactions are updated in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To ensure that your concern will be addressed with the utmost priority. I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the perfect tool for assistance. They can also run a screen-sharing session to check what's causing this and help you further. 

Follow these steps on how to contact support: 

1. On your QBO account, select Help (?).
2. Click the Search tab to get started:
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Enter the topic of your concern.
5. Click Continue.
6. Choose either Chat, Appointment, or Callback.
